I’ve got a need to print part numbers onto avery labels and can figure out how to do it.

Right now I’m printing small cards for orders from a worksheet I created in Excel. Using some macros and a sheet with a table (contains infor for different part nums) , I enter the following:

PART NUMBER QTY
Part 1 5
Part 2 10
Part 3 2
Part 4 29

Then I have a macro setup that prints 5 cards of info with all of part 1’s info on it, 10 cards of part 2 and so on.

What I want to do is the same thing, but with sheets of Avery labels (6 per page) in the printer.

Any thoughts?

I understand how to use word w labels and importing excel, however The database is unique in that the QTYS change for every order, where as a christmas list will print one of each record, I need different QTYs of each

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
