Hi All,
I work in a library and need to send out overdue letters to borrowers with overdue books. I have created a basic word doc. layout with name, address, due date fields etc that work fine. However, some borrowers have more than one book, which is where I am having problems. Ive tried the «Next Record» which works, but only if the next item relates to that borrower, which doesn't help as the «Next Record» is sequential rather than relational.
The data on the Excel sheets looks something like this...
Borrower Title
John smith Pain medicine manual
Joe Bloggs Research into practice : essential skills for reading and applying research in nursing
Joe Bloggs Introduction to research methodology for specialist trainees
Andy Johnson Research into practice : essential skills for reading and applying research in nursing
Any advice would be greatly received.
Thanks
