Mail Recipient?

In tools under customize there is a button called "mail recipient" (not attachment). I try and add this to my tool bar overhead and it disappears when I close the customize box. My question is there any way to send an excel file via netscape mail without sending it as an attachment. (something someone can view in netscape mail, without opening up a excel spreadsheet) 1 page only!

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
If you copy and paste the data it will be tab delimited. You can try that I suppose?
