Mails should be triggered from excel via using Lotes Not5es 8.5

Hi,

This is Dinesh from India, i want an autommatic mails to be generated to certain receipiants incase they have not met the goal.

Scenario: Trainers PTR should recieve in XXX date, if they not sending it on time same will be captured in excel file as not received. The moment i change the status as not received and email should triggered to the concerned person by marking cc to reporting person.

how can i do this, pls help me out:(
