Hello again!

I'm trying to create a mailto: hyperlink based on conditions from another cell. Here's what I came up with (doesn't work):

Excel Formula:
=IF(COUNTIF($C5,"*1021*"),HYPERLINK("mailto:"example@gmail.com","JP")

If 1021 appears at any point in cell C5 I need to create a mailto: hyperlink addressed to example@gmail.com and the friendly name displayed as JP.

What am I missing?

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Figured it out. I was close! This works:

Excel Formula:
=IF(COUNTIF($C5,"*1021*"),HYPERLINK("mailto:example@gmail.com","JP")
