I would like to add to my excel spreadsheet
a feature where after a 15 days that the cell
would turn RED and hpefully flash to alert you that this information is aged.
use example:
I have customers who I promise to complete
the work promised in 15 days or less. If the account gets to past 15 dyas then there would be a penalty. If the spreadsheet could be set up as explained above then a past due account would be very easy to spot.
thanks everyone for your help.

Hi welcome to the board!

You can get what you need (not the flashing bit though) using conditional formatting. Check it out in the help files, search here for examples, post back with a littl emore info about how your sheet is set up if you need.

I'd also suggest having 2 or 3 conditions - completed, less than 3 days to go, overdue - something like that. No good being told when it's already too late!
