Is there a way to make excel input data to the left of a target cell?

i.e. say I have columns a thru g and rows 1-50. In colum a I have product codes. Is there a way to simply type in the product code in a form and have it indentify that cell and fill in the columns to the left (the row basically)? I inherited this form at work and figuring this out would save me countless time since the fil has over 10k rows. Thanks

Yes, if I under stand you right.
It should be as simple as a vlookup function.
You can find all of the info you need in your help file.
