make form field content selected upon opening form

I show a form in Excel2007. I want a particular input field to appear selected upon entry. Is there a way to do this - apart from simulating keyboard entries TAB and SHIFT-TAB?

Also, I would like to lock the input to be numeric. I do it today by checking the contents, but would have thought this was so common that there would be property for it, but I do not find any.numeric field in form
