how to make interval using smallest number & use hyphen mark
like layout table below :

GIVEN NUMBER2,9
NAMEVALUETARGET/EXPECTED RESULT
A5,54-6,96,9
B4
C8,3
D6
TARGET/EXPECTED RESULT
- SMALLEST NUMBER UNTILL (MARK "-") SMALLEST NUMBER+GIVEN NUMBER
6,9 NUMBER COME FROM 4 (SMALLEST NUMBER)+2,9 (GIVEN NUMBER )
