Making a Dynamic List from a Pivot Table

Hi,

I have a very simple pivot table with a long list of Stock tickers (that automatically update and are constantly changing) in the left column, their sector category in the top row, and then the sums of the occurrences of stock tickers in a given sector at the bottom.

I want to output to another sheet all tickers divided by sector that expands or contracts based on the number of tickers in that particular sector. Each sector category is set up to calculate the individual Mean and Median of the corresponding information, but I need the tickers to pull the rest of the info.

Any help or suggestions would be great. I don't nessecarily need to use a pivot table, maybe another type of dynamic list or some type of vlookup formula with multiple entries?

Thanks!

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
