If there is a list of recurring items, is there an easy formula or method to generate a unique list (i.e. name each item only once)? For example if the list is in A1:A100 and consists of 32 unique items, how to generate the list of 32 items in column B?

(Excel already makes this unique list available for selection from the drop-down list.) The method i use is very long.

Many thanks..
