making formula to edit comment??

plz: i have a range of cells contains data resulted from vlookup formula.

i want to make comment of the cells in the range when somthing shown in the source cell for vlookup value.

for example: i enter the code emp01 in vlooup value cell and then i have results in the associated cells, what i want to do is to make comment in case of chossing emp01 for the associated cells that show vlues related to that code.

i cant understand code well would you plz explain how to use it in my sheet:
these data may be important:
name of sheet: analysis
cell contain vlookup value: d2
name of sheet contains the source data for vlookup results: employes
the cells in the analysis sheet that contains vlookup formulas are d3 & d4 & d5
