Making info in multiple databases available to other users?

Hi, this may be a really dopey question but here goes.

I work in a school and have a number of access databases that contain pupil reports from each term and am trying to work out a way of making this information available to teachers. What I hope to do is have a front end where a teacher can choose a pupil then filter by term and/or school year to see all their grades/reports.

Is this possible and if so what is the best way to do it?

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
I would try to get all of the data into our central "back-end" database. There are a few different ways of doing that.

One would be to import all of the information into one database.
Another way would be to build a new database, and link all the different tables from the different databases into this one central "collection" database.

Either way, I imagine you might some work in front of you linking all the different tables together.
