Making one cell value entered in one cell appear in many cells

I would like to make the value entered in J1 appear in all the other cells listed. How to do this?

Do I really have to look at this image to see what other cells?
So you enter "Alpha" in Range("J1")
Now also have Vba script enter "Alpha"

In B16 & H23 & Y23

Tell me what cells. Do not just show me a image.

Enter the formula "=J1" in those cells you want the value of J1 to appear.
