I have a workbook that is opened on a intranet website. When it is opened it starts with a userform on worksheet open.

When users click the link, windows explorer keeps the focus. Excel opens in the background and the userform is activated. They have to minimize all of their open windows to get to the userform to utilize the workbook.

What do I have to add into the code for on workbook open to set the focus to excel and then open the userform so that it wont be in the background?

Thanks is advance.
