Hi

I am asking my staff to populate a spreadsheet of information. They may need to complete 1 or more rows of data, depending on how many projects they are working on. Some cells will contain formulas and will be locked, and others are blank for completion therefore unlocked.

Row 15 is first row to be completed.

Cell Q15 is a simple Yes/No Data Validation List. If the user selects 'No', I require them to complete R15 (blank cell, free text), S15 (blank cell, free text) and T15 (Data Validation drop down list).

Is there a way to force peolpe to complete these cells if they pick 'No' from the list in Q15? I thought maybe a pop up box that is displayed if they try to save it? But you may have a better way.

Many thanks
