I might be asking to much for excel to do this but is it possible for example i import a picture of a map and i was it to mark on the map locations with dots. so in the cell i'm typing the street name erie st. it marks with a dot or what ever on the map. i'm assuming i will have to program it to show where to add the dot once i type in a word. if i program it for 5 locations i can type those locations and it will mark it on the map. if it's possible can somebody show me a quick example or something really close to it?

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
this is just what i was looking for. thank you so much. this will really help.
