I've got a spreadsheet with my all of my clients (1900+) and their addresses listed by row. I'm trying to figure how to have Excel tell me how many clients i have per zip code so i have a better idea of where everyone is located.

Any advice?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
hi - welcome to the board!

see help for countif()...if you can get it to work, great. If not, post back with a few more details re how your data is set up etc.
