I have a job title and date (cell c1 and d1), my job title changes and I am wanting it to is somehow backup my previous job title and date in cell h1, so that way I will have a record of all my job titles and the dates, any help would ne appreciated....

yes I need to be able to be able to look at the person and see all the job titles he/she have worked within the company kinda like a backup of the information is what I am going for...
