Margins of custom header

I usually set custom margins for my sheets. When I create a custom header it does not conform to the set l/r margins. How can I make it do so?
 

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
