I have a 10 page document and it was set to fax instead of any printer. The margins was set to zero on both sides. When I change it to a printer (hp 940c) the margin and page break change. Is there any way I can fix this so it stays at my original setting?

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Page Setup -> Scaling: Fit to 1 pages wide by 10 tall

This should work, though you might need to set specific page breaks if you don't like where they fall.
