I have daily worksheets as above what I would like to do is collate the cells that do not contain √ and report the out put with the data in the cell to the left, for example from the above B7 is blank therefore it should report 10516 but for each daily sheet

in a helper column put row number for the non ticked cells, then use an offset formula with large(B2:b100,1) etc, maybe...
