MATCH and OFFSET.. , or INDEX

Hi, appreciate your help in advance.

Countries Resort Income Rank

Haiti $....... 4
Aruba .... 1
Cuba 2
Puerto Rico 3

Country
1.
2.
3.
4


My spreadsheet is much larger and the columns are not right next to each other. I was wonder how I could display country names resorted by rank using either MATCH and OFFSET or INDEX. This is for a basic excel class, so simpler solution would be appreciated.

I would use index and match;
