Match, Vlookup Formula.. SOS Please Help!

I have 2 tabs which have a list of customers on both tabs.
However the customer name is NOT exactly matching on both tabs.
I'll need to make a formula on tab A to lookup if that customer is listed on tab b (eventho it's only partialy mentioned).

Eg: Tab a -customer listed as Forever 21, tab b - Forever.

Can anyone please help me with this. any input would be greatly appreciated.
