Can someone help me with a formula in column D to generate 'Result' meeting 3 conditions?

I hate to ask: What is A, what does this refer to?

A: Value in the cells of column A. I can understand you Aladin..2 mistakes on my part 1: Title should have been '....with 6 conditions" 2: My scripting error.
Apology but I needed it. Any better formula if can be given?
