I am a newbie in using excel.

Anyone, please advise me on the formula or function needed to achieve the following:

I have 2 sheets in an excel file and the table in each sheet as follows-

Sheet1

Data1 Data2
1 Manager CEO
2 Admin Director

Sheet2

Name Role Result
1 Cavin Admin FALSE
2 John Manager FALSE
3 Gigi CEO / Director TRUE
4 Henry Director Admin TRUE
5 May Manager / Director FALSE

Basically, I wanted to do a matching between the column 'Role' under Sheet2 with the data in Sheet1 with the condition of
if Sheet1 either column Data1-row1 & row2 or Data2-row1 & row2, return a TRUE result if part of the string matches and return a False otherwise.

The challenging part would be that some values under Sheet2 column Role are in one cell and are separated by /.
And I dun want to split the Role into 2 different columns though.

Some excel guru out there, your help will be greatly appreciated.
