Hi All,

I am making a spreadsheet for a workflow diary where our managers can input the required work activity for different areas of a project and assign workers to those activities (i.e An "Initial Stress" activity will occur in the "Level 1" area of the project on Monday 8th August):

On the corresponding Project Tab, I would like to return the date that the particular activity occurs for each area. This needs to match where the relevant "Area" and "Activity" occur in adjacent cells for that particular project and return the date from Row 1 of the the Workflow tab:

Can anyone assist in this formula?

Thanks.
