Matching non unique cells/text

Hi excel gurus,

I have a tricky question regarding matching partial texts in two columns:

e.g:

column b
Draper 14037 35mm Hinge Hole Cutter Part No: 4766

column e
Draper Tools Draper 14037 35Mm Hinge Hole Cutter

both titles are practically the same but the text order is different and there are other numbers/texts in the cell.

Is there anyway i can still match the cells up? if so how?

also for future help here's a query that i just stumbled upon that does what i require in a cell:

=MATCH("*"&LEFT(B2,5)&"*",E2:E29,0)
