MAX if

Hi I need help with a formula

I have the following working =MAX(1,NETWORKDAYS(N2,O2)-1)

but only want it to work if cell O1 is empty

Can anyone help?

=IF(O1="",MAX(1,NETWORKDAYS(N2,O2)-1),"")

Sorry I think I got my request slightly wrong... I need the formular to work if the cell cell O1 is populated

Just change = to <>.
