Looking for max value from an array containing multiple instances. Example below. Thanks!

Sample:
Book2
AB
1ItemPrice
2Apple1
3Banana2
4Apple3
5Pear4
6Orange5
7Apple6
8Banana7
9Orange8
Sheet1


Desired output:
Book2
AB
1ItemPrice
2Apple6
3Banana7
4Pear4
5Orange5
Sheet2

try this:
Excel Formula:
=MAXIFS($B$2:$B$9, $A$2:$A$9, D2)

I put unique values in range D2:D5 and the formula should go on range E2:E5
