Max value matching an identifier

Hi,

This is my first post. I've been searching for a solution for this problem, but I've had no luck.

I need the Max Temp value from each position.

Position	Size	Temp			Results
1	22	12			Postion	Max Temp
1	23	16			1	16
1	24	14			2	15
2	21	15			3	11
2	22	11
2	23	10
3	24	8
3	21	9
3	20	11

<tbody>
</tbody>

The values that I'm looking for are 16, 15, and 11.
