Max value with criteria

How can i get the max value with criteria. for explample ihave idno. 2345 in a new sheet and i want to get the same the max date from the exixting sheet with reference to said idno 2345 and also copy its adjacent row value to the new sheet.

Hi, you can combine vLookup or Index+Match or xLookup with Max formula to get the result. More data would help though.
