maximum amount of hours

I need to set a maximum amount of hours a person may accumulate

so on i6 i have the formula sum(i4:16), but this I6 cant go over 720 hours and maybe have pop up come up when this reached

thanks in advance for any help

choose the cell
type the formula = sum(i4:i6)
(note: you can't choose i6, it will be circular reference)
goto format > conditional formatting > choose cell value greater than or equal to > type 720 as limit > choose format > you can change font colour or cell border or fill cell with bright colour or any format change of your choice. press OK

is this OK?
