maximum entries per x minutes

Hi everyone. I've been looking for a solution to give me the maximum requests(rows) within lets say a 1 or 5 minute period from the data below which spans the last 6 months. Can anyone help me out please?

The goal is to get the maximum number of logins within a 1 or 5 minute window. In the example above the answer would be 3 if the window was every minute and 5 for the attempts g1 made.
