I have the following code from Ozgrid which works fine but I would prefer it to be in a module rather than the Userform.

Code:
Private Sub OnlyNumbers()

With Me.ActiveControl
    If Not IsNumeric(.Value) And .Value <> vbNullString Then
    MsgBox "Sorry, only numbers allowed"
    .Value = vbNullString
    End If
End With
End Sub

If I move it into the modules an error throws up at 'Me.'. I presume i have got to point it towards the current userform (ShortfallBalanceStatement btw)?

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.

me is referring to the item / control. in a module me doesn't get the focus of the form, and that's what drives the code to work, you'd have to call it from the control anyway, so leave it where it is intended, its a tiny bit of code, won't do any harm (imho)
