Meanning of MAIN!AH75 in formula bar

HI friends;
I have a excell workbook have 8 worksheets. One of them give me a calculated value and in the formula bar i see
=MAIN!AH75 what it means?
there is no sheet with the name of Main when i see the name on the tab of each sheet.
Plz help me what it means

go to Formula menu under Formula Auditing you will have Trace Precedents

Hi friends;
I use trace pred. I attached a image. when i double click the small box nothing happen also when click the arrow GOTo box appear i select the refrence which shown in GOTO window and select it which add in refrence box and then click OK but nothing happen.
Please guide me how i trace the Main sheet in that workbook and how can i fix this problem?

I suspect you have a hidden sheet. Format-Sheet-Unhide in XL2003 or earlier.
