Measure Frequency of a sin wave

I have multiple sets of data of sin waves and have graphed them in excel. I am looking for a way in excel to quickly measure the frequency (in Hz) of the waves. Is this possible? Thanks

Just put formula in Cell B5
=SIN(x)
or
=SIN(x)+SIN(3*x)
