Median vrs Average

How do I calculate the Median in a column. (Power BI)

Right now I am showing the Average in my column and displaying it on a Power View chart as Average.

It's ugly alright.

I replaced the table and value with my table and column and it returned blank on all my rows.

I have 3 columns. I want to find the median of the first column using the data from the second column and 3rd which is a Month column and a Year Column.
