I receive monthly membership reports in 2013, showing names, dues, etc...
I want to combine the last month's report with this month, so the members who are in both drop out and the result shows only the dropped members and new members.

The desired worksheet will only show members on one month's list.Those names that show on both months will not show on the new worksheet.

Unless you provide some sample data, it's not likely that anyone will really be able to help.
