Menu bar is not apply during a specific cell is active

Hi,

I add a dynamic menu bar by this code:

Public Sub CreateMenus()
'DeleteMenus

'Application.CommandBars("Worksheet Menu Bar").Controls.Add(Type:=msoControlPopup).

With Application.CommandBars("Worksheet Menu Bar" _
).Controls.Add(Type:=msoControlPopup)

.Caption = "&Backup Database"

.Enabled = True

End Sub

The menu bar is working perfect

but....

if I write into a specific cell, and then I try to aplly the menu bar (without exit from the cell) I fail to reach the function "test3"

Again:
The scenario is:
1. write into a cell ("A1") something (before you exit from the cell move to 2)
2. Open from the menu bar "sitebuilder" (I add it by my code)
3. Choose "test3"
problem - nothing is happen

Perhaps you forget to to press the [Enter] key ?
