merge cell values if common value in adjacent cell

I have data in two columns

Column A has values with names like -

John, Paul, Hena, Kumar, Paul, Hena, John in different rows

Colum B has day values - eg , sun, mon, tue, wed , thu, fri and sat

I want to insert a new column C with formula that returns

1. for every John, concatenate of all the day values adjacent to row of John eg "sunmonfri"

Similarly for all the values in Column A, Column C should reflect the concatenate values of Column B.

Please help

C2:

Control+shift+enter, not just enter...

=MCONCAT(IF($A$2:$A$9=A2,$B$2:$B$9,""))

and copy down.

MCONCAT requires the morefunc.xll add-in. If desired, try ACONCAT (authored by Grove) can be used instead of MCONCAT. The code of ACONCAT is available in some of the threads at this site.

thanks. tried it. but it concatenates all the values in Col A in all the cells in Column C

Eg MonMonMonMonSatSatSatSunSunSun and so on.....

Also the same is getting copied exactly in all the cells of Col C

Also, i want sun to be repeated once, monday once etc. currently sun is repeated as many times as it appears, monday also,, and so on for all the days.

Perhaps next code could help, of course it's clearly more complecated than Aladin's solution.
Assuming
there is a sheet named Data with contains as described.
there is a sheet named PivotTable where there is a pivot table named List_Name_PT used to prepare the list of names, see as follow.

Thanks Aladdin. That was too good.

Maybe asking for too much.. but any way I can get it to revert with days in serial order eg. sun mon tue wed thu fri sat

Currently its all jumbled up..
