Hi all,

I have been having one tough time trying to figure out how to mass mail merge for letters going out to staff members who have lapsing trainings. An example of the data I am using:

I am trying to send one letter to each staff member with a list of trainings that are expiring along with how many days they have until they expire. As an example of the letter I am trying to send out:

"Dear *EMPLOYEE*,

Please see the attached list of certifications that are expiring for you and how many days you have until it expires:
1. *B2*- expiring in *C2* days
2. *B3*- expiring in *C3* days

Please contact me at 555-555-5555 with any questions"

I was able to find an article (Mail Merge using Multiple Rows) that does a pretty good job at explaining how to do the coding portion and I was able to get the information to pull from above so that the name only appeared once with a list of trainings afterwards but trying to figure out how to format it into a letter such as the example above has turned into a beast of a task.

Could anyone point me in the direction of some articles that could help me accomplish what i am trying to do or could someone help with inputting the code from the above URL into the proper places in my example letter?

Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated. I am going nuts over here
