I am trying to Merge the Com Column based on the Width of the Panel. I was able to find a tool online that would combine cells if they contained the same number in them. I was able to get the to work using a SumProduct Formula in the Com Column which added up the Qty for the column based on the Width Column. So as you can see below for the 18' I have a total of 36. Then when I would run the Merge Cell tool I found online it would merge the 3 cells containing 36 and give me the end result I was looking for. The issue I ran into is if you look at the bottom of the sheet I have 60 of the 9' Width and 60 of the 8' Width. Thus when I run the Merge Cell Tool it merges the 9' and 8' into one cell. Is there a better way to merge the cells based on the Length that is in the Width Column and Sum the numbers in the Qty Column? Also, not sure if it will make a difference or not but I would like to automate the process of shading the 18' as one color then shading the next size as a different color.
