Here is the scenario:

We have a list of names and a computer access request form. Both of which reside in the same workbook (Excel 2000). The CARF form includes form objects - the name fields; First, Last, Middle, department Name etc are separate text form fields that will need to be populated with a name from another worksheet. I need a new carf form for each name on the list. Any ideas? Can Excel Do this?

Hello Heidi,

A bit of clarification would help. I am unsure what you mean by a "form object." Do you mean:

1. a control taken from the Forms toolbar and placed on the worksheet?

2. a pop-up userform with textboxes on it for the various fields?

3. a named cell on the CARF worksheet?

Excel does not have Form Fields as does Word, but nevertheless provides essentially the same functionality via other features.

Whatever the answer to the above questions, I'm sure that the answer is yes, this is something that can be done with a bit of VBA code.
