Merge the data and highlight duplicates

Dear Concern,
I am using a file where there was monthly data of some expenses. In Results sheet i have updated manually the data which i needed. My requirement is to merge the A & B column till the below available data and highlight the expenses of the particular location data if found duplicate. Excel file not uploaded options are not found so i have attached the JPG image of both row data and result data for your reference. Thanks.

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
