Merging 2 spreadsheets with a common table?

I did do this once before but now i can find the link in MS Office online.

The stituation is that i presently have 2 spreadsheets that both have an email column and i want to combine the data without having to cut and paste each one.

I used this formula =ISNA(MATCH(H2,$J$2:$J$437,FALSE))
but i cant remeber how to set it all up.

Any help is appreciated.

Ok, maybe i didnt find it! That was comparing but i need merging!
