Merging cells

Hi,

If I have a value in a cell "Difference Period - 201105 to Last Quarter" and the text is cut off. I tried to merge the cells and then paste the format and unmerge back to get the value from being cut off.

The above does not work. What else do I need to do?

Right Click the offending cell

select Format Cells

select the Alignment tab

uncheck the "Wrap text" box

hit ok
