Merging data from different spreadsheets to one

Hi,

Currently followed -
Main Spreadsheet named "Escalated"
Every day a new spreadsheet is created with the current date as the name of the sheet(eg: 06.07.2011.xls)
The daily sheet contains the data like

so all the escalated jobs present in this workbook is manually copied to the "Escalated" spreadsheet at the end of the day.

This process continues every day so the main "Escalated" spreadsheet contains entire months data which is copy and pasted manually every day

Required:

Macro when run should take all the data which is marked as escalated in the last column should be copied and pasted automatically in the Escalated spreadsheet every day
