merging info from two different worksheets

I have two worksheets A and B.
I would like to compare a PO Col A on worksheet A, Row A2:A40 against Col A RowA2:A40 on worksheet B and if the PO's are on both worksheets, I would like to copy the status col , Col K K2:K40 from worksheet A onto worksheet B col K, K2:K40.

Yes, I see that page but when I go to the ribbon and look at Add ins there is nothing there for me to get.

Did you extract the xlam file from the zip file & put it into your xlstart folder?

The formula has sheetA twice, no sheetB. Just a little mishap. I updated it to show sheetB. Then it worked. I do appreciate all the time everyone has taken with me on this! Thank you all. I'll be back again soon, I'm sure!

Wrong, a formula should never refer to the name of the sheet it's on. Therefore with the formula on SheetB, you should use the formula I supplied

well, I am in cell K2 on sheet B when I put the formula in nothing shows up after I hit enter, I tried dragging the box in the corner and nothing. It doesn't show the columns being selected when I go to the formula bar.
