Dear Team,

I am having two directories, one having pdf files of employee details having file name as their employee id and the second one having pdf files of employee performance having file name as their employee id. Both the directories are having files with same names.

I need to merge these pdf files each employee wise.

Example: Folder "A" contains 1.pdf, 2.pdf, 3.pdf,... and folder "B" contains 1.pdf, 2.pdf, 3.pdf,....

I need a merged files 1.pdf, 2.pdf, 3.pdf,.. in folder "C".

Can somebody help me on how to create a macro for the same function.

Thanks in advance.

Waterfall charts in Excel?

Word VBA can open PDF files as editable Word documents. So you could open each pair of PDFs as separate Word docs, copy and paste both to a new Word doc and save that as the merged PDF. This can be done from an Excel macro calling Word VBA or as a Word macro. To get started, search for example code on this forum which uses Word VBA to open a PDF file.
